Payment is processed by PayPal, you can pay by a credit or debit card, PayPal account is not required.

Delivery

Our standard UK delivery charge per order is £3.90, the delivery time is about 3 working days. We use Royal Mail tracked services and other couriers.

Please note that all delivery dates are estimates only and we shall have no liability to you in relation to such delivery dates not being met.  We can only send order to an address in the UK, we cannot accept overseas order.

Return and Cancellation

You have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days of receiving the order. The goods must be unused and in resaleable condition. Please send us an email (to: sales@huangshang1.com) to notify us you wish to cancel the whole order or just parts of the order.

If the goods are damaged or faulty we will provide a return address label.  If you have changed your mind or returning for other reasons, please return the goods within 14 days at your own cost to this address: Huang Shang, 1 Laithes Drive, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF2 9TE.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible after the safe return of the goods. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

You agree that all materials, products and services provided on this website are the property of Huang Shang including all copyrights and trademarks. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute Huang Shang’s intellectual property in any way.

Law and Jurisdiction
